We’ve had more rain since July than we usually get all year – 14.5″ at my gauge since July 1. Of course, the totals vary throughout the region, but the flows along the Santa Cruz and local creeks have been quite amazing. The trail along the river at Tubac is so thick with thick clayey mud that it will be practically impassible for two months.
