I ventured out to Cottonwood Tanks at the Las Cienegas NCA north of Sonoita on 10-25-2020 to chase the Northern Catbird that had been hanging out. There was also (another) Rufous-backed Robin that I just missed in the same tree where I found the catbird. It was very shy and would hide in the mesquite for extended periods.

At Santa Rita there has been several Rose-breasted Grosbeaks recently. Lat week I had a male and a female. This week, only the male. Also seen was a female Cassin’s Finch plus the resident Painted Redstart and male Hepatic Tanager.
